	Phone Chain List - must include emergency contacts for adults and girls and bring 2 copies to camp - one for you one for Community
	Health Form - required for each girl
	ID Cards - Good for younger scouts
	Permission Slips Council form - this form is located in pdf format on the council site Word form - this form was created by a leader for ease of use in a Word format so that you can type in the information.
